Civil Engineer

This is Imran Hasan from Karachi, Pakistan. I have passed out from NED university of Engineering & Technology in Civil Engineering November 2003. Recently, I have worked in Standard Chartered Bank as a project manager, the creation, refurbishment, renovation of branches and bank premises like huge office areas, I have join this organization in March 2010, in this period I made so many branches and office area as a Project Manager like Al-Tijarah Branch main shar-e-faisal karachi, DHA Hafiz Branch Karachi, Nondos Clifton Branch Karachi & so many projects I have done them on time i.e. Durations. I have worked as a project manager on different projects like cost estimate, checking the detail drawings, Bill of Quantities, approvals of the Groups & Locals higher management people, communication & negotiation of venders, execution of projects, making of Gantt Chart on MS-Project, agreed timelines & durations, on & off site visits etc. When I passed out from NED University in November 2003, I joined the Techno Consultant as a Civil Engineer in Jan 2004, I was working on designed and execution via using different software like Eagle Point, Staad, ETABS, AutoCAD of different projects like roads & highways projects, Dams, Dock yard, high-rise buildings etc. And then for future growth I joined the Exponent Engineers Company as a Civil Engineer to designed and execution of telecommunication of Towers of Ufone. And than I joined Siemens Pakistan in 2006 as a Lead Civil Engineer, I was working in different projects like execution of KESC 132KV Sub-Stations, KESC LDC / SCADA Building, I was involved in various designs, execution and construction activities like, Client / Consultant / Vendor negotiations, complete supervision of civil works, design and execution, complete supervision of BMS of LDC building in which HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System, Access Control System and CCTV, installation of sub-station equipment like Transformer, DG-Set, UPS etc. Electrical wiring of the buildings. I completed this project KESC SCADA Building then I received a call from Areva T&D UAE, Dubai and I joined this organization in UAE, Dubai as a CW-Design coordinator. I was working in two projects DEWA 400KV and 132KV sub-stations, I was involved in civil works design activities like complete supervision of civil works design activities, Supervision of BMS in which HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System and CCTV installation, DG-Set etc, Client, Consultant, Vendors negotiations & communications.
